Lead Installer

At Northeast Trade Services, we take pride in delivering precision installations of high-quality window, door, and façade systems. We are seeking skilled Lead Installers to join our growing team and take ownership of projects from start to finish.

As a Lead Installer, you’ll oversee installations on site, ensuring that every detail meets our standards of safety, quality, and craftsmanship. You’ll coordinate with project managers and crew members to deliver exceptional results and an outstanding customer experience.

Location: 

  • Midcoast Maine to Mount Desert Island

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team and execute an installation project in a timely and efficient fashion
  • Effectively apply company standard operating procedures
  • Apply safety precautions and adhere to OSHA standards
  • Consistently communicate relevant project information to appropriate parties, resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Take initiative onsite to ensure smooth progress
  • Participate in development opportunities including training
  • Maintain communication with field personnel and supervisors daily to ensure quality control and project progress is tracked and documented
  • Communicate with clients while active on site
  • Implement company policies, safety and workmanship standards, in addition to relevant standard operating procedures for work.
  • Perform basic administrative functions, such as material acquisition, writing reports, and enforcing policies.
  • Communicate relevant project information or issues to appropriate parties, escalate or resolve issues in a timely fashion
  • Provide professional guidance to assist coworkers in career and leadership development; inspire coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence

Requirements:

  • Ample experience in the execution of construction projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow construction plans and documentation accurately.
  • OSHA 10 Certification preferred
  • Confident with hand tools, power tools, and site equipment used in the installation process
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient and well organized
  • Pleasant and confident demeanor when dealing with colleagues and clients

Pay Range:

The starting pay range for a Lead Installer is between $26.00 to $30.00. Starting pay is based on previous experience.

Window and Door Installation Technicians

At Northeast Trade Services, we specialize in the installation of high-performance window, door, and façade systems. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, precision, and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. We are looking for dedicated Window and Door Installation Technicians to join our growing team.

As an Installation Technician, you’ll work on a wide range of residential and light commercial projects, installing premium products while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to develop a long-term career in a specialized trade.

Locations:  

  • Southern to Midcoast Maine
  • Midcoast Maine to Mount Desert Island

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute an installation project in a timely and efficient fashion
  • Effectively apply company standard operating procedures
  • Willingness to learn various installation methods
  • Follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Apply OSHA standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in installation or related field preferred
  • Ability to read and follow installation instructions and documentation
  • OSHA 10 Certification preferred
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools used in the installation process preferred
  • Strong attention to detail in all aspects of an installation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficient and well organized
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors all year round
  • Valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation
  • Travel to jobsites and occasional overnights
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Pay Range:

The starting pay range for a Window and Door Installation Technician is between $22.00 to $26.00. Starting pay is based on previous experience.
